BagIT Dropshop is an online retail store operated from South Africa. Products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly to you. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Yoco. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFT. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
Products are shipped from international warehouses. Estimated delivery times are 8â30 working days depending on the product and shipping method selected. These are estimates â actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or public holidays. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Important: As products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes imposed by the South African Revenue Service (SARS). These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. BagIT Dropshop has no control over these charges.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund if your item arrives damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or your order has not arrived within 45 working days. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (or 45 days of order date if not delivered). See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Due to the nature of international dropshipping, return shipping is generally not feasible. In most cases, refunds are processed without requiring you to return the item.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, actual colours may vary due to screen differences. Product descriptions are provided by our suppliers and may occasionally contain inaccuracies â please contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) of South Africa are respected. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
All content on bagitdropshop.com â including logos, design, and text â is the property of BagIT Dropshop. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
BagIT Dropshop is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
